STORYBOARD DEMO REEL

 

Story is the driving force behind all my designs. Below is a short film composed using rough storyboard scenes. The storyboards and consequent story reel were assigned as a means for creative concept design in Landscape Architecture 103: Energy, Fantasy, & Form. The parameters of the project were to envision a story taking place at the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco, CA. Following the completion of the story reel, the next step was to then redesign the entrance of the Conservatory using the story as inspiration. By thinking in terms of scenes, transitions, and action, emphasis is placed on how the visitor moves through the landscape and the perspective of the viewer is more carefully considered when composing the final design.
